Founder

Founder and the biggest geek around. He is on a mission to catalyse the maturity of the IT industry. He started his career as a software engineer, eventually working his way up to Head of Technology before starting softsolutions in 2012. Whatever you do, don’t get Shai started talking about chick-peas!

Dave is the kind of guy you need on your team because he’ll help you solve a problem coming at it from a unique point of view. Dave is our Kashikoi (or wise master) – especially when it comes to all things Kanban (he’s also a Kanban trainer!). Dave has an affinity for pizza. Ok, that’s just a silly way of saying he loves pizza!

David is our resident neuroscientist. He’s dedicated a lot of his life to understanding communications as it pertains to our brains. That makes him really smart. It also makes him really dangerous (though we are yet to see this)! Ask David about his quarter-mile record.

Not one to be outdone, Kate also is a published author. She’s also a fantastic human-centric coach. Somehow, she also found the time to be a Harvard-trained lawyer.
